How We work

We are a software development as well as service company. We have technical team which focuses only and only of software related work. And we have a project team that co-ordinates with customers and technical team.

We work from Monday to Fridays. Office timings are strictly 9.30 AM to 6 PM. We don’t appreciate working after office hours at all. Everyone has a log-in and log-out time and monthly remunerations are dependent on the time spent in the office only.

Work-from-home : Strictly forbidden. Software development is all about team work and joint problem solving. This is more true for entry level people who need more than usual hand-handling in initial stages of job. ( Project teams attend to customer calls as per customer timings ).
