After Sales Service: What is it?
Traditional ERP vendors thrive on After Sales Service (called AMC- Annual Maintenance Contract or retainership fee in a polished way). This is to ensure that they would assist you in case of any emergency and they are paid in advance for this assurance. There is nothing like this in ERP service. It is an everyday and forever support.
We ensure that ERP installation is run properly at your end. In the unfortunate event of any disruption, we would get it back in shortest possible time. In worst possible scenario, an exact replica of your installation is always with us and we can transfer the same to you immediately.
Eternal provides various user friendly and simple facilities to back up the data and software regularly. This does not require any special software expertise but a more than normal familiarity in handling computers. We would train people at your end to be able to do these routine maintenance tasks. Data backup is to be done by your people regularly.
ERP service is a “Service’. It is continuous and we are always available. There is no ‘After Sales’ – in fact there is no ‘Sale’ at all.
