In ERP service model. We focus mainly on business process and actions by customer to support these processes. All business processes are discussed in detail, written by us and approved by you.

The job of configuring these business processes into actions to be done on ERP software lies with us. We configure and perfect the ERP system with all parameters and hand over the well tuned system to our customers.

All intricacies of software, setting, data movements etc are handled by us. We do not burden our customers with technical issues. Our customers focus only on the results of these activities.

Note that this is a basic functionality of ERP service.  Whenever you start a new business process (like changing manufacturing process or subcontracting or asking bank to directly send payments electronically), you need to inform us only about the proposed business process.  We would do all analysis and suggest / support the same with appropriate software.
